1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 40e of the Swiss Code of Obligations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay penalties.
Conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal:
- Products must be returned in their original condition , unused, unwashed and in their original packaging intact .

2. Non-refundable products
For hygiene reasons, some used or opened products cannot be refunded, except in the event of a proven defect:
- Gloves used or washed.
- Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
3. Return procedure

- Return the product: Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or due to our error.

Once the product is returned and accepted, a refund will be issued within 10 business days via the payment method used for purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.
